Warm Up:

30 sec jog

15 x Squats w/o baby (baby resting)

15 x Lunges w/o baby (baby resting)

15 x Inchworms w/o baby (baby resting)

Main Set:

30 sec run on spot

15 x Squats w/baby

15 x Lunges w/baby

15 x Squat + Reverse Lunges w/baby

15 x Side Lunges w/baby

15 x Drop Plank w/baby (or Inchworms)

30 sec rest

Sets = 4

Arms:

15 x Press Ups

15 x Commandos

20 x Shoulder Taps

20 x Feet Taps

20 x Mountain Climbers

30 Sec Rest

Sets = 4

Core:

30 sec Plank

30 sec Leg Raises

30 sec Russian Twists

Sets = 4
