Nutrition Analysis
Nutrition allows you to fuel your body well, especially when you exercise. It all starts with analysing what you eat currently and where you want to get to. To do this we ask you to keep a food diary for 7 days outlining:
what you eat
quantities
when you eat
fuel during and post workouts
We ask clients to use myfitnesspal to share what you eat. You will also need to note down when you eat meals and when you workout in a separate spreadsheet. This helps us analyse what's going on in your body and if you’re providing your body with the correct fuel when it needs it.
As part of the analysis, we will also require:
your current weight
your height
your goal weight
when you want to be at your goal weight
calories burnt per day for 7 days (you will need a tracking device for this)
Nutrition Analysis - £60:
This is a one off analysis of your food, giving you a breakdown of:
macros e.g. carbs, fats, protein
fueling for sport - what to eat when
good sources of fuel
what foods to avoid with your training
fueling during training
how to reach your goal weight
where you should be each week with your goal weight
Food Plan - £60:
This provides you with a food plan that you can work from for a 7 day week. It's a menu that you can use to order your food shop, so you can prep your food for the week and stick to the plan. A couple of our clients have found this useful, as it means they stay on point and don't waiver (you can't as the food plan doesn't allow you to).
7 day nutrition plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner and training fuel sources
consultation on food preferences and allergies e.g. vegetarian etc.
Nutrition Analysis + Food Plan = £110
This is both the Nutrition Analysis and Food Plan combined.
We also offer the option of you sending us photos of your food and we will provide feedback during the first week. That tends to set people off on the right trend.
