Warm Up:

Run 3 mins/Walk fast 2 mins

10 x Lunges

10 x Squats

10 x Shoulder press (no weight)

10 x Arm Raises (no weight)

10 x Lateral Raises (no weight)

10 x press ups

+ 5 to each set, 4 sets

Main Set:

Run 3 mins/Walk fast 1 min

10 x Lunges with 5kg weight

10 x squats with 5kg weight

10 x shoulder press with 5kg weight

10 x arm raises with 5kg weight

10 x lateral raises with 5kg weight

10 x press ups

+ 2 to each set, 4 sets

Core:

10 x sliding legs

10 x leg raises

10 x hollow to boat pose

+ 2 to each set, 4 sets
