10 x monster walk

Leg Set:

20 x lunges

20 x kettlebell swings

20 x wide leg squats

20 x curtsey with kettlebell

Sets = 3

 

Core:

20 x sliding leg

10 x leg raises

10 x crunches

30 sec plank

Sets = 4
