Personal Training - Workout of the Day (WOD) - Sunday 26th November 2017

Warm Up: 

2 min jog (feels like a 4/5) 

20 squats

20 lunges

10 single leg squats (1/4 squats) 

10 single leg deadlifts (hinge forwards on one leg) 

Sets = 3

Main Set: 

2 min jog (feels like a 5/6) 

1 min lunges

4 mins increase the incline to an uncomfortable hill walk and decrease the speed so you’re slightly out of breath

1 min squats

Sets = 4

Core: 

30 sec crunches 

30 sec leg raises

30 sec Russian twists

30 sec plank

30 sec rest

Sets = 4
